Dr. David Samadi Livestream Show
An interview took place between Dr. David Samadi, Chairman of Urology and Dr. Cynara Coomer, the chief of breast surgery. He described Dr. Coomer as one principal of Comprehensive Breast Center on Staten Island. Her being the known expert in breast health, she was also a former colleague at Lenox Hill Hospital in that it was a breast cancer awareness month.
Earlier in her term in Northwell Health Staten Island University Hospital, she victoriously grew in her clinical practices, and become dedicated to the treatments of both benign and malignant breast diseases.

Dr. David Samadi was born and grew up in Iran in the Persian Jewish community; in 1979 they moved out due to the Iranian revolution. They ended up in some countries like Belgium, the United States, and in London where Dr.Samadi completed his high school in Roslyn, New York.
He joined Stony Brook University and got his degree in biochemistry, in the year 1994 he acquired his masters. In 1996, he finished his postgraduate training in Urology, at Albert College of Medicine in proctology in the year 2000. The following year, he got an admission at Memorial Sloan completing his studies of oncology fellowship in proctology. He concluded in 2002 a robotic radical prostatectomy under the advisory of Claude Abbou the Professor.
He started at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, and then bonded with Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in 2007, leading him to be the vice chair of the Urology in that Department. In 2012, he became among those who are paid well in the New York City, and later 2013, together with his team they relocated to Lenox Hill Hospital, making him a Chair of Urology, and an appointed professor of Urology in School of Medicine also Chief of Robotic Surgery.
He has promoted a cohesion and team building between the staffs and him, whereby most of the surgeries became successful and took some months to get back to normal. Most of the patients are treated depending on their needs and tests done not once.
